Fete de la Musique 2013 France

There's still time to book your place for a barging cruise in France during the week of Fete de la Musique, 21 June 2013.

Friday, June 21st, is Fête de la Musique day in France, but the festivities normally start up a few days beforehand with free street concerts everywhere. One year we saw Joan Baez singing on a stage set up at the Place de la Concorde in Paris!

Many of the French hotel barges are fully booked for the week but luckily there are still a few openings (June 16-22, 2013), and some have last-minute discounts.
